伦理三级 do Brasil is an international division of 伦理三级, registered and operated in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. 伦理三级 do Brasil forms a key part of 伦理三级鈥檚 project execution team for the Angra Dry Storage Project with Eletrobras Eletronuclear, the first of its kind in the country. 伦理三级 do Brasil鈥檚 scope of work includes project management, design engineering, manufacturing oversight, site construction (including operation of a materials test lab at the Angra Nuclear Power Plant) and site services. The operations center is managed by Mr. Luiz Celso, Program Manager. Dr. Rick Springman, Senior Vice President of International Projects, is the 伦理三级 executive responsible for the operations and growth of the division.
